The Harbor Master looked long and hard before getting the ingredient.
Setting down a highball glass and a shaker. He put ice in the shaker and poured 1/2 shot of Bluesberry schnapps, 1/2 shot of Wilderberry schnapps, 1/2 shot of coconut rum, 1/2 shot of spiced rum, then 3 1/2 oz pineapple juice. He shook it then strained it into the highball glass, put the icecubes in then a splash grenadine syrup. A quick stir with a silver spoon and he pushed it to the cat, "here you go cat, a pink fuzzy kitty." http://www.drinksmixer.com/drinkab14767.html

Nilk drew out the chair and sat down at the table, dragged the tankard across the table and took a large swallow. He was surprised that the beer was a traditional Viking brew. “Where to start”, he thought to himself, “at the beginning and don’t leave anything out”, he decided.
He cast his mind back to the day he left, Hesara and he had just finished building the new room in their house and they were discussing wedding arrangements. He reached in to his pocket and held the ring that had never been out of his possession since the day he had bought it. He would often look at the ring and remember Hesara and what he had done. He took a deep breath and said “You know the day I left, the choice I made on that day was the hardest of my life. To leave my soul mate and soon to be wife tore me apart. The pull of the hunt for the dragon that killed my parents was too great. It was eating away at my soul. I knew I could never rest until I had done all that I could to find it and seen a sword through its heart. ” Nilk took another swallow from the tankard and continued, “I knew that the likely hood of me surviving, if I ever found the dragon, was slim. So I took the cowards way out and left, hoping that the pain of us parting would be less than the pain of seeing me on my final journey to Valhalla and that you would continue with your life and forget about me.” Nilk sighed. This was harder than he thought it would be, to lay bare the honest truth and to come to terms with what he had done. He had never sat down and thought about the consequences of leaving that day. It had been securely locked away, until now. He looked in to Hesara’s eyes, “I now know that my search for vengeance is futile and I have finally laid my demons to rest. I made the biggest mistake of my life leaving you. I truly regret the pain I have caused you. Can you ever forgive my arrogant and selfish actions?“ Grabbing her tankard Hesara emptied it in one go, and then she filled it again. She remembered the time they had visited the Dragon Island together. Together they had slayn every dragon around the island. They even found the Treasury the dragons had been guarding in that area. She remembered it very well cause she had the feeling Nilk had been on that island before. He had picked up the clues to find that treasury a lot faster than she did. Yet at that time she hadn't mentioned it. But indeed, she knew what that burning feeling was like, trying to get revenge for something that had been done wrong in someone's life. She shrugged, "You did what you had to do. So did I." The only difference was, she had given up hope to ever get the revenge she seeked herself. And even though her visits to the Fountain of Youth were helping tremendously, she was getting old. She had seen too many people she considered friends, leave to never return again. She had been backstabbed by certain people who called themselves friends, one too many time. So how could she be mad at the one person, who back then she really considered a friend, who she wanted to mary with. The same man that now sat in front of her and who actually had the courage to return and seek her companionship again? Yet there was still doubt in her mind. What if she told him that a new branch of Dragons had been found in the far North in the Realms, would he leave her again? She pushed away the thought, what he didn't know, wouldn't give him new ideas. A grin was showing on her face, "So how did you actually find me? I don't recall leaving behind any clues for people to find me?" Nilk studied Hesara’s face as she took in what he had said, he could see that she was deep in thought and he worried that she might yet tell him to leave. He smiled as he saw the grin develop on her face and hoped that all was not lost. Her face had not lost its beauty, but he could see in her eyes there was hurt. Nilk wished he could turn back the time to when they used to go in to the world that was full of joy and happiness. The times when friends were friends, people helped each other and the gods listened to the mortals. He especially missed the rare times when Hesara and he managed to get away from the crowds and sit on that grassy hill together and watch the clouds drift by. Nilk said, “Well you have that great big bear of yours, Liwanu, to thank. I was asleep in the stables as I had lost the key to the front door when the great lummox licked me to death. At first I thought he was going to have me for breakfast!” Nilk chuckled. “He led me to a strange looking portal and before I could stop him he had gone through, so I followed him. That rift was nasty, I have never experienced anything like it before and I am ashamed to say I actually passed out.” Nilk refilled his Tankard, took a long draft and continued, “He finally led me through the woods to this bar, and he didn’t hang around once he knew I was heading for this place. He shot off in to the forest and here I am.” Nilk paused before he said, “What has happened to you while I was away? Did you forget about me and continue your life, as I hoped you would?” <tag> jp by Hesara and Nilk
