In 2382 Starfleet sent an Intrepid class ship into the Gamma Quadrant on a secret mission. All contact was lost. Two years later the ship returned with no one on board and no record of what happened. Soon afterwards the ship was mothballed and all reports from the investigation disappeared.

It is now 2385 and Starfleet has assigned a new captain and crew to the U.S.S. King George V. Their mission is to protect the Federation colonies in the Gamma Quadrant and explore the vast new region of space. If the ship's mysterious past doesn't catch up with them first.

The George still needs more crew. We need engineers, scientists and most especially marines.
