It a fan made ship for a calendar from Mark Rademaker (http://mark-rademaker.blogspot.com/2011/07/uss-planck-my-sotl2012-entry.html) Both Pioneer and Pandora are both created by Mark. Here the specs for her or at least the best ones I could find, some of it I've had to make up based off the Miranda Class, which this is an update to.
