Hey! I was wondering where some of my friends ran off to so I followed you all here. Decided to keep my username the same so that people would recognize me from BF or EXF.

For those that don't know me:

I love star trek, but I'm mostly into reading the stories now than writing them. My parents have me working on a novel so until that's done I have to put a hold on participating but I love to jump in on chatting with my friends, and eventually, as soon as I'm done. I might join a simm here.

I'm mostly active in EXF. But I heard that a few of my friends came here, so I guess this officially makes me a member of three fleets now. I never thought I would end up doing that, but here I am.

If anyone is looking for a good Engineer, or Damage Control Specialist in a month or so, let me know! I just might be interested.

It just occurred to me, I need to correct this little misunderstanding... we aren't a fleet. We are an association, well the Band of Brothers part is, Safe Haven is a social forum.

That's pretty cool. If all the other places were like this, we wouldn't have all the bickering fights I'm always used to. The interest of this place just shot up 200X for me. Finally, a place to write and not worry about opinions and just make friends.

You have registered on the main site. I will give you Author privilege on there. You can write a creative piece there, and if it's clean and not promoting any fleets or anything (As you can see I wrote a piece about the Texas, the Rainmaker and I am working on one from the Essex)

I will publish what you write. It will be on the main page between 2 weeks and a month, then it will be on the menu marked stories.

I think I'm a little confused. Do you all write short stories and publish them on the main site? Not really a simm thing? Or do you do both? This method is unfamiliar to me so I'm not sure what you mean.

On the main site you can pull parts of a mission, or a back story for a character, or just creative writing.

The front page isn't actually simming, it's just something for people to read. "Strutting your stuff" kind of thing.
